The Client

A property owner seeking to secure a Deed of Variation to ensure their property purchase proceeded smoothly.

The Challenge

Our client faced two primary challenges. First, they had a tight deadline requiring swift processing of the deed. Second, estate agents persistently pushed for completion to prevent the loss of the house purchase.

The Solution

To address these challenges, the Innovus Company Secretarial team ensured that the deed was given high priority. The team set themselves a goal to achieve the completion and agreement of the deed within a three-week timeframe.

Work began within just one day of receiving instructions, and the deed was sent to the director and received within another week. All told, the deed had been started, negotiated, signed and sent within two and a half weeks total.

The Result

Thanks to the swift action taken by the Innovus Company Secretarial team, and their regular communication, the Deed of Variation was secured against a tight timeline. The client reported their satisfaction with the speed and level of contact they received throughout the process.
