Complaints

Our highly skilled, experienced, and innovative people offer simple solutions to complicated problems, however when something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it.
If you feel that you need to make a formal complaint, please fill in the online form on this page providing as much detail as possible. This will be logged as a formal complaint and will be investigated promptly and overseen by our compliance team. You will also receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt, and outlining our Complaints Process.
We will ensure that:
- All complaints are handled in a respectful, timely, and confidential manner.
- Complainants are kept informed throughout the process.
- Lessons learned are used to improve systems, processes, and service quality.
A member of our Leadership team will be in touch with you within 2 business days of raising your complaint to acknowledge and set out next steps.
