We’re delighted to announce that Fran Giles, Director of Business Services at Innovus, has been highly commended in the Leader of the Year – Professional Services category at this year’s Inspiring Women in Property Awards.
The recognition follows an exceptionally high standard of entries across this year’s awards. Only a select number of individuals across the categories were highly commended, making this a great achievement for Fran and well-deserved recognition for the work she continues to do at Innovus and across the wider property sector.
As Director of Business Services, Fran leads the teams responsible for a range of services supporting the effective management of residential property, including outsourced finance solutions, company secretarial, and procurement. Over the past year, she has continued to develop these services while supporting clients and colleagues through a period of significant change across the property sector.
The recognition also reflects Fran’s contribution beyond her day-to-day role, including her involvement in wider industry conversations and her commitment to developing the professional services we provide to clients.
On her recognition, Fran said:

We were also proud to see Sara Dobbs, Director of Building Safety, recognised as a finalist across three categories at this year’s awards. Sara was nominated for Leader of the Year – Residential, Team Leader of the Year – Residential and Woman of the Year – Residential (Consultancy/Other Services).
As well as attending to support our finalists, Innovus sponsored the Woman of the Year – Residential (Development/Management) category. The category recognises women leading across residential development and management and the contribution they make to shaping better outcomes for residents and the wider sector. Congratulations to Amy Lawson of Clarion Housing Group, who won this year’s award. We were pleased to support a category that recognises the expertise, leadership and contribution of women across residential property.
The Inspiring Women in Property Awards provide an important opportunity to recognise the people making a difference across the property industry, and we were pleased to be part of this year’s event both through Fran and Sara’s recognition and our role as a category sponsor.
