Meet Zara Taylor, Head of Professional Services

When and how did you join the company? 

I joined in March 2020 right at the start of the pandemic. Prior to this I had been working within the housing industry for four years. 

What are the responsibilities of your business area? 

We manage company secretarial services for Resident Management Company (RMC) directors, from the general admin, all the way to filing company accounts at Companies House.

My team also offers training solutions for RMC Directors, which covers what is required within the role and the associated legislative requirements.  

I also look after Consultancy Services, where we analyse a client’s business situation and challenges and offer expert advice and solutions to help them improve.  

What is unique about Innovus? 

Our company offers bespoke and tailored services. We offer a personal touch and listen to our customers’ needs. Our team of experts are always on hand to assist, whether that be by phone, email, or face to face. 

What has been your proudest moment?  

I’m really proud to see the company grow and expand to become a trusted partner for so many clients and customers.
