When did you join the company?

I joined In October 2022.

What are your team’s responsibilities?

We provide full building surveying and contract administration assistance through a network of surveyors covering the whole of the UK.

How does your team help our clients and customers?

By carrying out defect analysis inspections across a large portfolio of clients’ property stock ranging from new build to listed status with varying construction methods.

Also, contract administration duties for cyclical maintenance and insurance reinstatement works.

We also manage the EWS1 administration to establish if cladding at properties within a client’s portfolio is deemed to be at risk to occupants and, or is, unsuitable for mortgage purposes.

What is your proudest moment?

Successfully resolving widespread water damage issues to a property that had been ongoing for 18 months prior to my involvement.
