When did you join the company?

I joined in July 2014.

What are the responsibilities of your team?

My teams support institutional investor clients to ensure in that their duties and obligations are met. We also ensure their investments are protected in all aspects ranging from lease obligations to regulatory and legislative requirements. The team also makes sure that all third parties (including managing agents) are undertaken their roles professionally and diligently.

What is unique about Innovus?

We possess a vast and unique amount of specialist experience at all levels of the property and asset management industry. We have worked with large investor clients to fully understand their needs and requirements, while ensuring their obligations are fully met.

What has been your proudest moment?

From a personal point of view, having the confidence shown in me to progress within the company. A confidence which has been shown by both senior management and the client.

From an operational perspective, working closely with the client and their specialist advisors to set up from scratch a full compliance monitoring programme and achieve regularly a 98% compliance score across their portfolio, which we are told is market leading.
