When and how did you join the company?

I joined in March 2006. My first role was opening and sorting the post for distribution to the relevant business area.  

What are the responsibilities of your business area? 

The Innovus Business Services division provides accurate, timely and cost-efficient outsourced solutions to the property industry.  

How does your business area help our clients and customers?  

We offer a wide range of services, including transactional processing, cash management, company secretarial and procurement solutions, saving you money on payroll costs and office overheads. We also offer consultancy on all our services so if you all need is advice, we can steer you in the right direction. 

What is unique about Innovus?  

Our senior leaders have decades of experience in the property sector, so we can offer our clients a solution that is tailored to their needs while understanding the importance of legislation requirements and high customer service levels. 

What has been your proudest moment?  

My proudest achievement is working from where I started to where I am now. Innovus has supported me on my journey from opening the post in 2006 with sponsored professional training and giving me opportunities to widen my expertise across the sector.
