When and how did you join the company?

In November 2004. My previous employer was closing their business and due to the number of employees involved, invited local businesses to make presentations with a view to attracting job opportunities.

What is your business area responsible for?

Some developments require property owners to be members of resident management companies (RMCs). These companies are party to their title documents (leases and transfers). RMCs are legal entities and registered at Companies House and so are required to be compliant with current legislation. As appointed company secretary. we ensure the RMCs are compliant by filing accounts and confirmation statements, dealing with the appointment and resignation of directors, and maintaining registers.

How does your business area help our clients and customers?

We ensure statutory compliance of RMCs, which are for the benefit of property owners.
