Innovus Launches Employee Diversity Training

We have launched a specialist diversity learning programme for our employees in 2023.

The in-depth programme, delivered by ‘Powered by Diversity’, supports colleagues to become confident in every area of diversity and work towards gaining 2024 Diversity Ambassador Certification.

Sam Redman, Innovus Director of Human Resources, says: “The learning programme will help our people to gain deeper understanding and knowledge of this area. It will also help us to create a welcoming environment, where everyone feels they belong and are fully accepted for who they are.”

Powered by Diversity is a collective of experts offering training and consultancy services on diversity, equity, and inclusion. The course consists of weekly online ‘lunch and learn’ classes, covering the following key areas of diversity:

• Neurodiversity
• Race & Ethnicity
• Religion & Beliefs
• Disability & Chronic Illness
• Social Mobility
• Hiring Inclusively
• LGBTQIA+ Gender Identity
• Age and Ageism
