**When and how did you join the company?**

I initially trained to work as a nurse and took on a cleaning job at an organisation to earn some extra money (which eventually became the company I now work for).

While I was there, I thought this is a company I would like to work for … This spurred me on to look at accountancy courses, which after gaining qualifications led me to a role as a bookkeeper in a garage just down the road from the company.

In 2012 I joined the company as a billing administrator, and I have since been promoted through the ranks to now head up our billing team.

**What are the responsibilities of your team?**

We’re responsible for the processing and distributing of year end service charge accounts, annual property budgets, additional billing, and customer recharges.

**What is unique about Innovus?**

Our wealth of experience and the opportunities offered to employees for learning and progression.

**What has been your proudest moment?**

My career progression to date.
