We’re proud to share that Innovus has been shortlisted in seven categories at this year’s Property Week Inspiring Women in Property Awards, taking place on 9 October 2025 in London.
The shortlisting's are a powerful endorsement of the inclusive, values-led business we’re building at Innovus — and a celebration of the exceptional talent and leadership driving positive change across our industry.
Our 2025 shortlisting's include:
- EDI Programme of the Year
Led by Sam Jones, Innovus HR
Belong@Innovus is our company-wide programme focused on creating a culture where every colleague feels respected, valued and able to be themselves at work.
A key element of this initiative, saw 49 managers complete over 700 hours of live training on inclusive leadership, developed with EDI experts. Other actions included flexible working during Ramadan, training and appointing 36 Mental Health First Aiders, introducing a prayer room in our new Luton office, and celebrating cultural and religious events — all helping to embed inclusion into everyday life at Innovus.
- Leader of the Year (Residential) – Clare Parker
Since joining Innovus in May 2024, Clare has led a transformation of Surveying Services — doubling the size of the team, integrating multiple firms, and embedding a high-performance, scalable model across the group. Her vision and leadership are helping shape a more inclusive and resilient residential sector.
- Leader of the Year (Financial & Professional Services) – Fran Giles
As Director of Business Services, Fran leads a 200-strong team spanning Real Estate Finance and Professional Services. Between 2024 and 2025, her division exceeded financial targets while maintaining service excellence and compliance — a testament to her ability to lead through change and build high-performing teams.
- Mentor of the Year – Clare Parker
Clare’s commitment to mentoring is creating new routes into the surveying profession. She supports APC candidates, career changers, and individuals from non-traditional backgrounds — helping to address skills shortages and broaden access to the industry.
- Woman of the Year (Residential Consultancy/Other Services) – Clare Parker
With over 30 years’ experience in property and finance, Clare is a powerful force for change. Her inclusive leadership, strategic vision and commitment to removing barriers are reshaping what the surveying profession looks like — and who it includes.
- Woman of the Year (Financial & Professional Services) – Fran Giles
Fran is a respected leader known for delivering innovation and developing others. She introduced AI-led invoice processing to improve accuracy and efficiency — and is passionate about creating an environment where people are supported to succeed.
- EDI Team of the Year – Innovus HR Team, led by Samantha Redman Jones
Inclusion is embedded in our culture — not a bolt-on or box-tick. Under Samantha’s leadership, the HR team has led meaningful change across Innovus, ensuring every colleague can contribute as their true self. The launch of Belong@Innovus marked a major step forward in our journey.
Clare Parker, Group Director of Surveying Services, commented:
“Being recognised across so many categories is a fantastic reflection of the talent we have at Innovus and the inclusive, values-led culture we’re building together. It’s fantastic to see our people and their achievements celebrated on a national stage. This recognition highlights the great work happening right across the business, and I’m incredibly proud of the team.”
Fran Giles, Director of Business Services, added:
“Innovus is a fantastic company for women to build careers: the culture is dynamic, meritocratic and supportive. I feel grateful and honoured to be nominated, and I’m confident that as a team, everyone at Innovus can continue to build on our successes in the future.”
Sam Jones, Director of Human Resources, commented:
“I’m thrilled to see our EDI work recognised through these nominations. I’m proud to be part of a business that doesn’t just talk about inclusion but actively champions it at every level.”
We’re delighted to see our people recognised on such a respected platform, and we look forward to celebrating at the awards ceremony in October.
