We’re pleased to share that two Innovus teams have been shortlisted for the title of ‘Professional Services Team of the Year – Residential’, in the RESI Awards 2026.
Organised by Property Week, the RESI Awards recognise impact across the UK residential property sector, from developers and investors to consultants and professional advisors. Being shortlisted alongside peers from across the industry is something we’re immensely proud of.
Innovus Building Safety Team – Shortlisted for ‘Professional Services Team of the Year – Residential’
The Innovus Building Safety Team has been recognised for its work during a period of major regulatory change in the residential sector. Over the course of 2025, the team has supported Building Safety Cases across a wide range of residential buildings, delivering Building Safety Case Reports and developing Resident Engagement Strategies that strengthen resident involvement in decisions affecting the safety of their homes.
Sara Davies, Director of the Building Safety Team at Innovus, said:
“My team and I are incredibly proud to be shortlisted for the RESI awards. This recognition reflects the dedication of our team to strengthening building safety standards across residential property. At the centre of our work is a clear responsibility to protect and empower residents, giving them and our clients confidence that their buildings are safe, compliant, and well-managed. We are delighted to be shortlisted and thankful to every client that has entrusted us".
Innovus Lifts Consultancy Team – Shortlisted for ‘Professional Services Team of the Year – Residential’
Also shortlisted in the same category is our Lifts Consultancy Team. Formed within Innovus last year, the team provides independent lift safety and compliance advice. Since becoming part of Innovus, they have supported more than 3,500 residential sites and helped clients avoid over £600,000 in unnecessary expenditure while maintaining full compliance with LOLER and BS7255.
Alex Powell, Head of the Innovus Lift Consultancy team at Innovus, said:
“Lifts are critical infrastructure in residential buildings, and safety must always come first. Being shortlisted for this award highlights our team’s commitment to delivering independent, technically robust advice that prioritises resident safety and long-term performance”.
Having two teams shortlisted in this category reflects the range of specialist expertise within Innovus, and our ability to deliver rigorous advice across different, but equally critical, aspects of residential property performance. Importantly, it also reflects the commitment of our people, whose subject matter expertise and client-focus continue to raise standards across the sector.
The winners of Property Week’s RESI Awards 2026 will be announced on 6th May 2026, during an awards ceremony in London. We look forward to celebrating alongside our fellow nominees from across the industry. In the meantime, we’d like to thank our clients and partners for their continued trust and collaboration, which make achievements like this possible.
